Matt has been training people and helping them achieve their goals, from weight loss (for weight loss read “reducing body fat levels”) to sporting excellence for over 30 years in one way or another.
With a BSc (hons) Sports Science he has adapted a vast amount of knowledge to bring to his clients. He has worked with a large variety of individuals from all walks of life, including every body type, and every ability, from those who occasionally exercise through to those seeking excellence for professional and Olympic sports.
Through his work over the years he has recognised that simply assisting an individual become leaner can lead to all the peripheral benefits that can come with this.
He brings his holistic approach to all his clients, looking at every aspect of training and lifestyle in order to improve their life as a whole, this often includes helping them become leaner, stronger, more flexible, more nutritionally aware, often improving posture (aligned with this can be a reduction in posture induced headaches) and reducing lower back issues along the way.
